FALLS CHURCH, VA

Falls Church, Virginia, is one of the smallest cities in the state, with just over 2 square miles of land. It’s often called “The Little City” because of this, but that refers to the area’s land. It’s a community with a lot of energy with its own local vibe. About 14,000 people call it home, benefiting from the expansive amenities, including fitness and outdoor activities, nightlife, and restaurants.

Falls Church real estate is versatile. Variations of home values are based on location and the school district. It’s easy enough to find a beautiful single-family home in a traditional, small-town neighborhood. There are also townhomes, condos, and apartments in the area as well. Newer homes are present, but many seek out townhome-style living in this area so they can be close to it all.

Ample green space for biking, walking and enjoying nature

PEOPLE AND LIFESTYLE:

It’s a walkable community with shops and restaurants close to area homes and neighborhoods, creating a welcoming, small-town experience, unlike the big cities surrounding it. The Falls Church real estate market offers a lot of opportunity to find the perfect neighborhood for you and your family.

It’s also very community-driven with a goal of maintaining its historical importance and smaller size. Residents enjoy the outdoors, upscale bistros and the nightlife – a few bars and live music venues can light up any night here.

DINING, ENTERTAINMENT & SHOPPING:
