While Falls Church may be small in size, it has a few of the best amenities and features in the region. The State Theatre is perhaps one of the best experiences in the region. It’s home to live music and all types of performances. Built-in 1936 as a movie theater, it’s now a popular event space.
The outdoor opportunities here are fantastic. Homes Run Trail runs through the area, including through Homes Run Park, a neighborhood in the city. Cherry Hill Park is the crown jewel of the city’s park system, with a play structure, grilling area, basketball court, and picnic areas. The 45-mile long W&OD Trail runs through Falls Church, providing the perfect paved trail for runners and cyclists.
